Kettisha specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in property across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Nassau County, and Suffolk County, as well as communities throughout Orange County NY, Northern New Jersey, and the Pocono region of Pennsylvania including Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg. Her experience includes residential home sales, multifamily properties, and real estate investment opportunities, providing clients with valuable insight into market trends, pricing strategies, and long-term property investments.
